  • Words like “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Albeli Jewellery, while “you” refers to the customer/user of the website.

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Products

  • Our jewelry is handcrafted, and each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, polish, stone placement, or texture are natural due to artisanal processes and are not considered defects.

  • All descriptions, images, and product details are provided for accuracy. However, differences may appear due to screen settings, photography lighting, and angles.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

  • Prices of products are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Orders & Payments

  • When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase the selected items. Acceptance occurs once the order is confirmed by us via email/WhatsApp.

  • Payment must be completed through our secure payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small additional fee applies. COD may not be available in all regions; if so, we will inform you before dispatch.

  • In case of incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent details, Albeli Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or hold the order until clarification is received.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping within India takes 4–7 business days. International shipping timelines depend on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Charges: As a new brand, minimal shipping charges may apply to all orders. Free shipping offers may be introduced later.

  • Courier Partners: We use only reliable and recognized courier services for safe delivery.

  • Order Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or festivals are beyond our control.

  • Liability: Once dispatched, Albeli Jewellery is not responsible for courier delays, damage in transit, or lost parcels caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp along with unboxing images/videos. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Products showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

  • Once returned, products are inspected by our team. Refunds are provided as store credit or replacement only. Cash refunds are not provided.

  • Refunds/store credits take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.

  • Albeli Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including but not limited to images, logos, product designs, graphics, text, and layout, is the intellectual property of Albeli Jewellery.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of our designs, images, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • You may not use Albeli Jewellery’s name or designs for resale, counterfeiting, or unauthorized commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Albeli Jewellery will not be responsible for:

    • Allergic reactions, skin irritations, or sensitivities due to jewelry usage (though our products are hypoallergenic).

    • Loss, theft, or damage of jewelry once delivered.

    • Inaccuracies caused by third-party links or content displayed on our website.

  • Jewelry care is the customer’s responsibility, and we provide detailed Care Instructions to ensure long life.

  • Albeli Jewellery’s liability, if proven, will be limited only to the value of the purchased product.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect customer details (name, address, phone, email, payment info) solely for order fulfillment and communication.

  • All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; Albeli Jewellery does not store any financial details.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required for delivery or legal compliance.

  • By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NAGPUR INDIA
