Eligibility: Returns & exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Time Frame: You must raise a request within 24Â hours of receiving your order by contacting us via email/WhatsApp.

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for the return/exchange to be processed.

Process: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

Refund/Replacement: After inspection, you can choose between a replacement of the same product or a store credit (valid for future purchases).

Customized Orders: Personalized/customized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
