RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy
  • Eligibility: Returns & exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Time Frame: You must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us via email/WhatsApp.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for the return/exchange to be processed.

  • Process: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

  • Refund/Replacement: After inspection, you can choose between a replacement of the same product or a store credit (valid for future purchases).

  • Customized Orders: Personalized/customized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • ⚠️ Disclaimer: Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, and the natural character of semi-precious stones. These natural variations will not be considered defects.
