At Albeli Jewellery, we take great care in crafting and delivering your jewellery. Each piece goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy will guide you.

1. Eligibility for Returns 

     .   Products can be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or            incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Products purchased during a sale or with discount codes (unless defective).

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number, reason for return, and product images.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on the return shipping process.

  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging the product for return.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item.

  • After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds & Store Credits

  • Refunds are provided as store credit or product replacement only.

  • Cash or bank refunds are not available.

  • Approved refunds/store credits take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for the same product or product of equal value, depending on availability.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

7. Damaged / Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing videos.
