3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received (except for COD orders).

  • In case of suspected fraud or invalid information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days in India.

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • As we are just starting, minimal shipping charges may apply. COD is available with a small additional fee.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product. 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed as store credit or replacement after inspection. Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days.
